RATES: Prices subject to change. Cloud X Ferry transportation does not include port charges. A Bahamian ticketing tax will apply for tickets issued in the Bahamas.
PARKING: Valet parking is available at the Port of Palm Beach Terminal for a daily charge and is subject to change. Valet parking only - No self parking available.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES/REVISIONS: All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. The Refund Policy is available upon request.
CRUISE DOCUMENTS: All cruise tickets and embarkation forms will be picked up at the cruise terminal upon arrival.
EMBARKATION: Check-in begins 2 hours prior to departure.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND IDENTIFICATION: It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to identify the appropriate valid travel documents such as passports and visas required for boarding and re-entry into the United States. As of January 1, 2007, U.S. citizens are required have a passport to travel to the Bahama Islands.
U.S. Citizens: A passport is highly recommended, as it will speed up your embarkation check-in as well as your debarkation. In absence of a passport a birth certificate (original or certified copy) plus a picture ID card issued by a federal, state or local government agency is required. A voter’s registration or social security card is NOT considered to be proof of citizenship. Children under 16 do not require a picture ID.
Non-U.S. Citizenship: Must check with your consulate prior to travel to identify the appropriate valid travel documents needed.
REFUSAL OF PASSAGE: Cloud X Cruises may refuse to transport or may debark at any port, any passenger who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, ill health or whose presence may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other passengers or the crew, or who may be excluded from landing at a destination by immigration or other Governmental Authorities. In such cases the passenger shall not be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation.
MINOR PASSENGERS: Passengers under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This age limit will be waived for under age married couples (proof of marriage is required at check-in).
SPECIAL NEEDS: Passengers with specific needs or a medical condition that requires special attention must advise Cloud X when making their reservation and confirm the information in writing. Passengers requiring a wheelchair onboard must make independent arrangements.
BAGGAGE LIABILITY: Liability for luggage is limited to the Party Line Cruise Company Cloud X Passage Contract (available on check-in).
PLCC CARRY-ON AND CHECKED LUGGAGE POLICY
CHECKED LUGGAGE: PLCC considers checked luggage any personal effects carried by a passenger traveling on the Cloud X, of a size or weight exceeding the size of a Carry-on luggage (see CARRY-ON LUGGAGE).
Checked luggage must be checked in at the passenger terminal in Port of Palm Beach and Freeport Harbour at least one (1) hour prior to departure.
Each customer is permitted to bring two (2) or (1) piece of luggage not exceeding 60 lbs.
Maximum Checked Luggage Size: 36" x 36" x 24" (inches)
Excess baggage:
Each pound over 30 is charged at the rate of $5.00 per lbs.
Bags over 70 lbs will NOT be accepted.
CARRY-ON LUGGAGE: Each customer is permitted to bring onboard two (2) carry-ons, with a maximum dimension of 24 x 16 x12 (standard airline carry-on size).
RESTRICTIONS ON ITEMS CARRIED ON BOARD THE CLOUD X: In the wake of the events of September 11, 2001, PLCC has adopted the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) policy that has prohibited the following items (though they can be carried as checked luggage):
ITEMS THAT ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF CARRIED AS CHECKED LUGGAGE
- Knives • Diving gear (Tanks, Mask, Sling Spear, …etc.)
- Cutting instruments of any kind and composition
- Corkscrews
- Baseball - Softball bats
- Golf Clubs in Bags
- Pool cues unless carried in a box
- Hockey sticks
When in doubt, transport item in checked baggage.
ITEMS THAT ARE STRICLY PROHIBITED ON BOARD
- Explosives and firearms
- Gases and pressured containers
- Flammable liquids and solids
- Poisons / pesticides
- Infectious materials
- Corrosives: Drain cleaners, car batteries, etc.
- Radioactive materials.
